The optimum serving temperature for Chardonnay is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. When served at the proper temperature Steeplechase Chardonnay pairs brilliantly with halibut, black cod, smoked fish, shrimp, crab, roasted chicken or turkey, Havarti or Asiago cheeses, guacamole dips, garlic, veal, spicy Southeast Asian cuisine, apples, and mangos.
